Shipping policy

We ship our products to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Once an order has been processed, a tracking number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3-5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days and/or if the tracking status is "not available" within 3-5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at info@basmajo.com.

The processing time for orders is 3 - 5 business days. Once shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 14 - 20 business days for the United States and 20-30 business days internationally. Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or backend charges incurred.

Please be aware: All FREE Gifts from our store will not fall under the standard shipping times and may take 30 days or longer to receive your gift.

IMPORTANT:

We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered in correctly before your item gets shipped out (within 24 hours), we are not responsible for the lost package. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at info@basmajo.com as soon as possible.
